About the Event

This restorative yoga class we will use restorative use passive holds with props( a yoga strap, two blocks and a bolster) if you do have a bolster you can use pillows. In addition to the restorative poses I will be using light active holds/movements to help strengthen hips shoulders and spine. These exercises will help prevent injuries. Also I will be using some breath work to compliment the passive and active restorative practice. This class will be a great addition to your existing practice. We understand not all practitioners will have these props at home. So it could be an eye pillow, towels, cushions or any essential oils can cover the eyes to use at the end of the class. To be creative, anything you can think of and help the relaxation would be great for the class.
