Jon has hosted retreats, teacher trainings and workshops in Hong kong, Japan, Thailand and here domestically in North America. To have more delicated time is something I wish I could have with all my students, so outside my public classes l am developing more workshop and retreats to help further develop those who seek more of the practice of Hatha Yoga. She continues to sing, create, write, and present at national conferences. Whatever the style of yoga, she seeks to empower the students to relish their lives and participate in their own healing.

A typical runner experiences too much pounding, tightening, and shortening of the muscles and not enough restorative, elongating, and loosening work. Runners can use yoga practice to balance strength, increase range of motion, and train the body and mind. Join Zobhas Circle of Grace members Kay Kay Clivio and Jon Witt to develop a deeper understanding of how arm balancing works and help raise money to bring yoga into schools serving at-risk youth in NYC. Headstand is an innovative non-profit organization that brings stress-reduction techniques to youth in economically disadvantaged K-12 schools. Headstand brings higher levels of academic achievement, lower stress levels, and physical and mental fitness to students through yoga, breathing, and meditation techniques. Arm balances are an empowering part of our practice that teach us not only about our inner strength but about our innate playfulness, courage, fearlessness, agility and ability to create light and space.
