Service Description

Teaching those who have many injuries can be daunting for even someone who is experienced teaching yoga. Work directly with Jon to understand how to come up with practical ways to move your students safely and effectively. 3 total live meetings to discuss problem solving, sequencing, sequencing for injuries. 1 reviews in teaching privately or publicly- record your teaching and I will assess where you can take your teaching. This also applies to your students take photos from standing and sitting and we review asymmetry and how deign a practice for the individuals. Video your students walking is another great way to see where there may be dysfunction in any joint system. In meetings we can review notes, previous sessions you had with clients, practice new techniques, practice body scan for asymmetry.

Cancellation Policy

Please understand when you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients/students. Therefore, please contact Jon as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24-hour in advance. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to our private (in-person or virtual) classes are non-refundable. Cancellations to our trainings or programs that made 7 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another clients access to that appointment time. Thank you.
