Tips to build better strength
Conditioning hands will go a long way in being more able and less problematic in the upper body and limbs.
Here are some basic ways to help build better strength.
A) If you cannot overhead hang or cannot pull-up or chin up- Start horizontal Rows 15-30 total reps 2-3 times per week.
B) Carry your own groceries by hand(farmer walks)find a store nearby- each week increase the distance and weights. If the weight is relatively light you can practice daily- if heavy 2-3 times a week.
C) Overhead hanging from a bar active or passive hangs 10-30 seconds collectively 3 minutes per day.
The Key is being consistent and practical within your current level of strength.
